The design and restoration of the house interiors and garden is being completed by today's owner/Architectural Designer, Paul Stremple. The original garden, designed by Fletcher Steele between 1931-1937, is a hilltop garden with ocean views, sculpture, and reflecting pool.
The garden was expanded by Catherine Hull (1967-2005) and now, by the Artist/Designer, Paul Stremple (2015-Present). The current owners are in process for an application for the National Registry of Historic Places for the estate.
