Getting the Most Out of
E-Ticketing

Tickets are released on a rolling basis throughout the season and will be listed on our website when available. Tickets will be released approximately two months in advance of an Open Day, around the first of the month.

All registrations must be processed online through the Garden Conservancy’s website. Once registered, you will receive an electronic ticket that includes all the information you need to visit your selected gardens, including the garden’s address, its location, parking instructions, and other information to help plan your visit.

Your ticket will be emailed to you at the email address provided. Be sure to inspect your ticket once it arrives in your inbox. Tickets purchased in advance of the Friday before the Open Day do not need to be printed or presented for entry. Garden Hosts are provided a guest list the Friday before their Open Day.

Tickets purchased after our guest lists have been sent, or on the day of the Open Day will read Please Present Ticket for Admission. These tickets must be presented to the Garden Host as either paper tickets or on your mobile device.

You can still be spontaneous! While advance registration is preferred by us and our Garden Hosts, registration for gardens will remain live until the end of the Open Day or until all tickets have sold out. You can purchase tickets the morning of an Open Day, or even in between gardens! Be sure to bring your mobile device or printed copies of your ticket if you are purchasing at the last minute.
