The first session, Destination Stewardship & Development, will delve into destination stewardship and best practices for fostering effective partnerships within the tourism industry. John Cooper from Yakima Valley Tourism will highlight key relationships and explore strategies for positioning and integrating gardens into broader tourism efforts.
In the second session, Data-Driven Decisions for Communications, will equip participants with practical skills to collect, analyze, and apply marketing and visitor data for improved communication and engagement strategies. Presented by Jennifer Martinkus from Yakima Valley Tourism.
In the third session, Destination Advocacy and Creating Compelling Content, Joleen Zanuzoski from GreenRubino will present strategies for crafting compelling content that elevates a garden as a top destination, resonates across platforms, and engages multiple audiences.
