BUDGET; formulating a realistic budget to work off of. At least have a realistic starting number
RESTRICTIONS; knowing your codes or zoning issues, in an HOA, will there be issues, etc.
WHO, HOW, WHEN and WHY; time to discuss conceptual ideas on your space. who’s it for? Who’s going to use the space the most? How are we using the space? How often? How many folks for an average get together if entertaining. How are we going to congregate? When are we going to be out here? 6 months, 9 months? Try for year round? And more. finally WHY? Time to get philosophical. And this is just conceptual.
