The Scribner Garden is a complex combination of vegetables, flowers, herbs and brambles. It not only provides produce for two kitchens but hosts special events and is an inspiration for hotel guests who find it entertaining and an educational experience as well.
Andrew Koehn has been its creator and master since 2018. Participants will be introduced to the concept of mixing all these plant groups together to create a community that nourishes body and soul.
